User types
Admin
has access to all functionalities in the system, such as:
- Battles,
- Single Battle,
- Live events,
- Collection,
- Competitors,
- Administration,
- [TEST] Elimination Tools.
Additionally, they have broad capabilities to modify certain system parameters unavailable to other users.
IT Specialist
is a user with access to tabs:
- Live event,
- Competitors.
This user can configure Live events (including adding competitors, determining the judging system to be used during the Live event, setting the initial number of rounds, deciding if another round is necessary, establishing judges, determining whether the result of a specific battle can be displayed on the Spectractor account for viewers, or proceeding to the next round after evaluating a particular battle).
Judge
has access to tabs:
- Battles,
- Single Battles,
- Live events,
- Collections,
- Competitors,
- [TEST] Elimination Tools.
They have limited access to the Live events tab, with the ability to only preview Live events and assess them without proper configuration. A Judge account can be used during the configuration of Live events by a user in the role of an IT Specialist.
Spectator
has access to tabs:
- Live events (in read-only mode).
This account is used to present content for viewers of a specific Live event (on a tele-broadcast screen).
