The following instruction will help you understand the process of creating live events in the JuttleApp system. Live events are scheduled occurrences involving players, audiences, and judges.

User Roles:

IT Specialist

This role is essential for configuring and parameterizing live events. The IT Specialist has control over the judging results entered by the judges. Additionally, what is visible to the audience on the Spectractor account depends on the IT Specialist.

Spectator

The Spectator role is solely for presenting results to the audience. What can be presented to the audience is determined by the IT Specialist’s account.

Judge (Public)

Responsible for judging the event.
